In its production workshop, the Loch'Ale microbrewery makes a range of traditional and organic beers. I will be happy to show you the steps of the brewing process of beers made with Breton malt and hops.
I collaborate with the biscuit factory Alré Drêches, which transforms the cereals from the brewing process into delicious salted crackers that will go wonderfully with Loch'Ale beers for your aperitif!
