Beyond the Andes mountains, on the Pacific coast of Peru, there's a land of sand and sun, where the Peruvian heart dances to the rhythms of ancestral Africa, a melting pot where native Americans, Africans and old Europe mingle in music and song. To this heritage, Criollo adds its influences and humanity, to create an original, different sound.
Considered one of the most important ambassadors of Afro-Peruvian music in Europe, Kikke Larrea forms the group with Cristian Zarate (lead vocals, cajón) and Sylvain Poslaniec (double bass).
