The Carnac Prehistory Museum opens its doors free of charge from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. As every year, participates in the national and European event of the Night of the Museums.
THE MUSEUM CELEBRATES ITS 140TH ANNIVERSARY! in the program :
- Preview of the Sorti(s) de Terre exhibition and impromptu visits
- Unsuspected stories of the museum's collections "seen by ...", presentation of objects specially taken from the museum's reserves
- Self-guided tours of the prehistoric collections throughout the evening
- Admire then taste the museum's birthday cake, a creation of a local pastry chef and chocolate maker
