Passage of the Olympic flame

This itinerant event will take the form of a running relay (4 km/h average speed) over a segment of a few kilometers, with a change of carrier every 200 m.

The Olympic flame will cover 22 km in Morbihan.

Find out when the Olympic flame will pass through:
- Lorient: 8:25 a.m. to 9:51 a.m.
- Sainte Anne-d'Auray: 10.05am to 10.25am

The municipality has planned a number of activities to continue this festive morning. These will take place on the square in front of the basilica between 10.30am and 12pm.

On the program
- Bagad de Landaul
- Fashmob and gym tonic organized by the town's Sainte Anne college
- A performance by the Maîtrise and the Académie de Musique et d'Arts Sacrés

Stands and exhibitions (sport mémoire and defense) will also be present.

- Pontivy: from 11:24 a.m. to 12:18 p.m.
- Rochefort-en-Terre: from 12.35pm to 12.55pm
- Josselin: 2:57 pm to 3:41 pm
- Ile-aux-Moines: from 5pm to 5:55pm
- Vannes: 5:51 pm to 7:20 pm

"I'm delighted that the département is hosting the flame. Morbihan had to declare its flame," says David Lappartient, President of the Conseil Départemental and President of the Comité National Olympique et Sportif Français, on his return from Olympia, where he attended the lighting of the flame.
