Art for growth and development:

This two-day workshop is a time to take care of yourself and nurture your creativity. A time to encounter the beauty of Nature, to connect with it, with the Spirit present in everything, and to manifest it. Make visible the invisible Presence, the Mystery of Life in everything.
A time that integrates the body: settling between Heaven and Earth, letting the flow that animates us circulate, making it fluid through movement and dance, opening the senses, widening the space of receptivity allowing inspiration and letting the gesture arise on its own.
Each day begins with a time to care for the body and calm the mind.
This workshop takes place mainly outdoors: in the forest, on footpaths and by the sea. In case of bad weather, we'll meet in a beautiful room overlooking the river Loch'.
We'll get to know this magnificent Breton land and the four elements, putting the fifth - love - at the heart of the equation.
Playfulness will also be present, with proposals that let go of any stakes involved in "beautiful drawing", inviting spontaneity and creating new spaces for personal and collective creativity.
We'll explore drawing tools (graphite, charcoal, pencil, stump), Indian ink and egg paint with natural pigments.
This workshop is open to anyone who wants to unleash their creativity from the heart.
