Become a crêpier for the duration of a workshop! Make a sweet crêpe batter with wheat and a savory crêpe batter with buckwheat. You'll then learn how to turn your crêpes on a billig and make authentic salted butter caramel. Each participant will leave with his or her own creations. Bring a jam jar to collect the caramel.
