Parking in Town
Depending on when you’re visiting Quiberon, check the map of authorized parking spots in parking lots and on public streets:
LOW SEASON
During the off-season, parking is free but regulated in Quiberon. A parking disc is required in most spaces. Parking in the city center is limited to 4 hours, except in the 3-day, 7-day, and 7-day-plus zones, indicated below and on the map.
3-day zones: Rue du Port de Pêche, Rue des Ramandeuses, and Rue des Goélands.
7-day zones: Résistance and Butoir parking lots.
7-day and longer zones: the open section of the Îles parking garage.
Parking in Quiberon from November 2, 2026, to April 1, 2027
About 100 10-minute or 20-minute parking spots in the city center. (Parking disc required)
Free parking limited to 4 hours, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.: ( parking disc required)
– République Parking Lot, Varquez Parking Lot, Quai de Houat, Lutines Parking Lot.
– All on-street parking and parking lots in the 1-hour and 1.5-hour zones in the city center during high season.
– Rue des Sardiniers, Kervozès area, Manémeur, Point du Jour, eastern part of Chanard, Bonne Fontaine, Dunes, Neptune, sports complex, Louison Bobet, Anatole France, Roch Priol parking lot, Avenue de la Baie, north of Saint Julien, Nourlès housing development, Casino parking lot (gaming)…
Free parking limited to 3 days:
– Rue du Port de Pêche (construction underway throughout November), Rue des Ramendeuses, Rue des Goélands
– Other (permitted) parking areas located farther from downtown, without specific signage.
Free parking for island residents limited to 7 days:
Butoir parking lot (priority), Résistance parking lot, Plein Ouest area (around La Belle-Iloise)
Free parking with no time limit:
The open section of the Îles parking lot (served by the No. 601 Breizhgo bus route on Avenue du Général de Gaulle approximately every hour, generally aligned with ferry departures and arrivals)
Heading to the islands?
For long-term parking, choose the open section of the Îles parking lot, with a possible connection via bus line 601 at the Saint-Julien stop.
If the bus schedules don’t work for you, the Butoir parking lot is preferable to the Résistance parking lot, which has limited capacity.
HIGH SEASON
Parking in Quiberon from March 27 to November 1, 2026 —Whether paid or free, parking in the city center from April through the end of the All Saints’ Day school break is limited to short- and medium-term use only.
Free parking from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (parking disc required)
Numerous short-term parking spaces marked near downtown shops (10 and 20 minutes).
Limited to 1 hour: city center (Verdun/Hoche area). Place Duchesse Anne, Place du Repos, Rue Victor Golvan, Rue de Verdun, Place Hoche.
Limited to 1 hour and 30 minutes: streets adjacent to the very center (Rue de Lille, Rue du Phare, etc.). Certain downtown streets, Route de Kerné, Boulevard Louison Bobet.
Limited to 4 hours: Rue du Port-de-Pêche, Rue des Ramendeuses, Rue des Goélands, Lutines parking lot, Trouzar-Mor parking lot, Roches-Grises parking lot, Butoir parking lot, Rue des Sardiniers, Kervozès area, Manémeur, Point-du-Jour, eastern part of Chanard, Bonne-Fontaine, Dunes, Neptune, sports complex, Louison-Bobet, Anatole-France, Roch-Priol parking lot, Avenue de la Baie, north of Saint-Julien, Petit Pont d’Eau, Tal Mor, Menhir Couché, Albatros, Tiviec, Eiders, Cassin, Goviro, Nourlès housing development

Limited to 3 days; (permitted) parking spaces located a very long way from the ferry terminal.
Paid parking from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in downtown parking lots (parking meters)
Limited to 4 hours (1 hour free) in the city center, along Place Hoche, Varquez parking lot, République parking lot, Quai de Houat, and the Chanard area
Limited to 10 hours (1 hour free) near the bus station and SNCF train station, at the Petite Vitesse parking lot, and the Résistance parking lot
People with reduced mobility who hold a parking permit may use all parking spaces free of charge, with a 12-hour limit in paid parking lots (with a PMR sticker).

Fees apply from March 27 through November 1, 2026, inclusive. €16.50 per day.
Shuttles run every 20 minutes to the ferry terminal starting at 7:00 a.m. during the operating season.
The Îles parking lot also remains open during the off-season, free of charge but without a shuttle service. You can reach the ferry terminal via the BreizhGo Line 1 bus; the “Saint-Julien” stop is located on Avenue du Général de Gaulle, not far from the parking lot.
Enclosed and monitored, the Îles parking lot keeps your vehicle safe while you visit or take excursions to the islands. A free shuttle drops you off at the Port Maria ferry terminal and picks you up upon your return. Shuttles to the ferry terminal run every 20 minutes; you can board upon presentation of your ticket. Payment is made by credit card when you pick up your vehicle. The parking lot does not accept reservations. It is an automated, enclosed, and 24-hour monitored parking lot; no reservations are accepted.
Tip: Arrive at the parking lot at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before your ferry departs for the islands.

Casapark is a service that allows travelers to park on private property throughout France. Through the Casapark website, travelers can easily find and reserve private lots and other parking spaces. Property owners, meanwhile, earn supplemental income while having the opportunity to showcase their region.
Parking for RVs
Public roads: Motorhome parking is permitted during the day, except from July 1 through August 31, from midnight to 7 a.m., and except in parking lots along the coastal roads (Boulevards de la Côte Sauvage, d’Hoedic, de Houat, Quai de l’Océan, de Belle-Île, Boulevard Chanard, René Cassin, du Goviro, du Goulvars, du Conguel, de la Teignouse, des Emigrés, Place de Port-Haliguen, Quai des Sinagots, Boulevard du Castéro, and Boulevard du Parco). In town, please do not use running boards or wheel chocks, as this will result in your vehicle being considered parked rather than parked by a resident.
A parking area has been set up on Rue de Port Kerné, on the Côte Sauvage.
