House located in the Kerguillé district of La Trinité, 900m from the port, in a landscaped garden with swimming pool. Two parking spaces are available, one of which can be recharged electrically. 3 bedrooms on the first floor reserved for guests, overlooking the garden. A private bathroom and separate toilet are on the landing.
Rooms can be booked for the same family or for people who know each other. If, for example, you book a room for two people, you have the whole floor space to yourself. One room is equipped with a small dining area (bar table, two bar seats, mini-fridge and microwave).
From May 1st onwards, we reserve the outdoor area by the pool for guests only. You'll find a table for 6, garden furniture and a barbecue. We won't disturb you, as the owner's area is independent. Gourmet breakfast is served on the ground floor, in the kitchen area or outside, weather permitting. It will be a copious breakfast: coffee, tea, chocolate, various cereals, orange juice, homemade bread (yes, yes!) and, depending on your tastes, far breton and/or rice pudding on request.
Rates start at 115 euros for two people (one room) on May 1st, but sliding-scale rates will apply as soon as two rooms are booked, and even more if you book for more than 5 nights. We look forward to hearing from you!
