Knife sharpening workshop
Discover the different sharpening techniques by learning the theoretical and practical basics with Ludovic Rocher, knife grinder and woodcarver.
Bring along a carbon steel knife, an opinel or a kitchen knife (blade less than 20 cm) for practice (the blade must not be stainless steel, and remember to protect your knife with a sheath or cloth).
