Feldenkrais workshop - Well-being and back relaxation
Experience the Feldenkrais method with Coralie Noaille, psychomotrician and trainer at the Institut de formation des psychomotriciens de Brest.
This is a holistic method based on awareness through movement, which relies on listening to oneself through effortless movement. Little by little, breathing calms down, joints loosen up, and body parts return to a dialogue with one another. A new way of moving appears, without tension or effort.
No contraindications. Bring comfortable clothing and a floor mat.
