Qi Gong at the beach!
An art of health and longevity, true meditation in movement, come and discover and practice qi gong with Charlotte, on the beach and facing the ocean. Walks, warm-ups, stretching and do in are also on the program for a cocktail of energy, vitality and well-being! Open to all aged 15 and over.
