The house is located in the village of Kerpenhir, in a quiet setting off the main road, 5 minutes' walk from the beaches and 15 minutes' walk from the center. It comprises a large 50 m² living room open from the lounge to the kitchen on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Each level has its own bathroom and WC.

Semi-detached house + garden: 2nd part of the farmhouse inhabited year-round by my grandmother.
Options and services:
- Baby/dog kit: offered
- Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning: 60€ for up to 2 nights or 80€ to be paid on site or upon reservation.
- Tourist tax: 1.5€/day/adult to be paid on site or upon reservation
- Sheets and beds made up on arrival: 20€/double bed 10€/single bed
- Towels: Not included
