Hello everyone 😀!

I'm Amélie, a yoga teacher adapted to every passage of a woman's life (prenatal, postnatal & feminine well-being - a yoga that balances hormones and the nervous system) and also a doula.

I'd like to share with you an event I organize for parents-to-be, parents, babies and children:
"Brunch, papotes & photos".

Don't hesitate to share it with others!

♥️ This day can really help future parents, parents: meet people, exchange, feel less alone... and have a good time!

📸 Photo workshop with professional photographer Morgane Renault.
For the event, she's offering a set of 4 photos for €40 - a great gift idea for the end of the year.

🧸 A sports educator: Antoine Piette will be on hand with motor skills equipment for your babies and children! A fun way to keep them occupied.

🃏 For my part, I'll be there as a doula to lead a round-table discussion on the post-partum period, with the help of Dixit cards: how did you experience this period? How do you feel today?
A time for sharing experiences, providing support and perhaps a few tools to help resolve certain situations.
A stand will also be available to introduce you to my activities... and 🎉 a surprise awaits you on the spot!

☕ Hot drinks, pastries and delicatessen provided by Charles and Jean-Pierre from Charly & l'Épicerie to warm you up.

🥞 Brunch cooked by Caroline from Short Break to treat you.
