Kimchi" Korean cooking workshop
Learn how to make kimchi, a traditional Korean dish based on Chinese cabbage and spices, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Camille Nocus, who has lived in South Korea, will accompany you as you discover the secrets, flavors, variations, cooking and, above all, tasting! Please bring an apron and oven gloves if you're worried about getting spilt with chillies; and a container to take your kimchi home in addition to the recipes you'll be given.
