From 5pm to 7pm: Hélène Cochet offers you, as she does every quarter in St Germain, her spirulina that she grows in Locoal Mendon, the green gold with 1000 virtues. An opportunity to refuel with this nutrient-rich algae!
7pm: Chat with Hélène to find out all about spirulina: production, benefits and more.
Hervé Martin, oyster farmer in Sainte-Hélène, will join her to talk about the flat oysters he grows and sells (you can also find him in Saint-Germain on Tuesdays and Fridays).
Bonus: Hélène, marine biologist and flat oyster specialist, will share an extract from the documentary "La sage-femme de l'huître plate".
