Spring cure
Workshop led by Marie-Jo Fourès, phytotherapist and trainer at the Ecole Bretonne d'Herboristerie. With the arrival of spring, our bodies naturally feel the need to cleanse themselves in order to regain energy. In this workshop, we'll show you how to support the body's elimination functions through the liver, kidneys and lymphatic system. We'll also create a refreshing, gourmet and draining drink.
