Starting with a blank sheet of paper, a compass and a pencil, Lauren Terrigeol guides you step by step to create a mandala that reflects your energy of the moment. This workshop draws on five years of personal artistic practice and is inspired by Carl Jung and Eastern traditions, where drawing is a tool for transformation and inner alchemy. No drawing skills are necessary, just the desire to explore and let yourself be guided.
