SNT: ARMEN RACE 2026
The 16th edition of the Armen Race is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, starting and finishing in La Trinité-sur-Mer, with a coastal and offshore course of 300 to 310 nautical miles, open to Ultim, IMOCA, Class40, Ocean Fifty and other IRC classes.
The theoretical course covers around 300 to 310 nautical miles (555 km) and forms a demanding loop: La Trinité-sur-Mer → Ar-Men lighthouse off chaussée de Sein → Belle-Île → île d'Yeu → return to La Trinité-sur-Mer
The race combines coastal sailing and offshore racing, with night passages and managing the currents around the islands.
The public can follow the start and finish from the pontoons. Reception organized by the SNT under a marquee.
