Aqua Océan: aquatic walking / longe cote
Coastal aqua-walking (longe-côte) is practised by the sea. It strengthens muscles and the cardiovascular system.
It improves blood circulation, balance and endurance.
Not recommended for people with health problems, convalescents, epileptics or heart patients,

In the event of bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel the course up to the day of the event, safety being our priority.
The course starts at 11am on the beach. However, participants must arrive at 10:30 a.m. at the pool reception desk to get changed, as we will be leaving for the beach at 10:45 a.m. all together. Anyone not arriving at reception will unfortunately not be able to take part in the course.
Equipment required :
- long or shorty wetsuit ;
- beach slippers.
For those who don't have this equipment, we offer rental:
- shorty wetsuit: €3
- slippers: €2.
60-minute session.
