A Raw Vegan Cooking Workshop with Summer Colors!
Join Viviane, the local representative for the AVF (French Vegetarian Association), for a 100% raw food workshop! On the menu: a modern take on Waldorf salad and zucchini “spaghetti” with a “Bolognese” sauce made with sun-dried tomatoes. For a sweet treat, you’ll make pear-chocolate “raw cupcakes” and chocolate ice cream! Please bring small containers to take a portion home with you.
