Le Loft vacation home is located between Vannes and Auray, in a small, friendly commune where life is good. From here, you'll have easy access to tourist sites such as Sainte-Anne d'Auray and its basilica, Vannes and its medieval city, Carnac and its menhirs, Auray and its port Saint Goustan, Quiberon and its wild coast, the Presqu'ile de Rhuys etc... Le Loft is a new, contemporary house with all the comforts you'd expect for a quality stay. Hear the silence, breathe the fresh air...
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a lounge/dining room, a storeroom (with washing machine and tumble dryer), a bedroom (with 1 x 180/200 bed divisible into 2 x 90), a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The ground floor is accessible and suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs: a large bedroom with 4 beds (90/200) that can be moved closer together, a dressing room, a bathroom (with bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
Children are welcome, and we provide the necessary equipment. A safety gate has been installed on the first floor.
Outside: a private terrace, a dedicated, private green space with sun loungers. A barbecue is at your disposal. Relax in the wellness area: heated indoor swimming pool (shared) (8m x 4m) open all year round to Loft and B&B guests, open from 8am to 10pm, with free access, as well as sauna and hammam.
Private parking space on paved, enclosed parking lot. Fully enclosed property with secure entrance via electric gate.
