In front of the south-facing enclosed private garden, the house features:
- First floor: bright living room with fireplace (with wood-burning stove) and kitchenette, shower room and toilet.
- Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160x200 bed and the other with a 180 bed (divisible into 2 x 90), a bathroom and a toilet. Parking and a private garage are available.
