You will find all the comfort of a small apartment in a wooden building, completed in 2022, studio 24 m², 1st floor, individual access, for 2 people:
1 bed 140/190 - comforter 220/240 - 2 pillows - 1 blanket +.
Linen provided (sheet, fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillowcases, kitchen linen, terry towels) Beach towels available on request.

Kitchen: crockery, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer.
Bathroom: shower, washbasin, wall-hung WC, hairdryer. Clotheslines are available in the garden (e.g. for beach towels).
Storage cupboard, closet
Hot water production and heating: individual; electric shutters - Wi-fi (fiber), TV.
Private parking at the foot of the house, bike rack.
Recent permaculture garden, available for a resting area, or for picking some herbs.
Washing machine available for longer stays, otherwise launderette 50 m away.
Pets welcome under certain conditions (depending on the mood of the house cat!).

The owners will be delighted to welcome you on arrival.

Facing north and east, overlooking a coastal conservation area, fountain and ria 50 m away. Hiking trail, GR 34, at the foot of the house.
Etel is an old fishing port, famous for its "bar" at the entrance to the river, whose history is recounted in the "autrefois Etel" museum, beach, lake, webcam available on the town hall website. In Etel: shops (bakeries, pharmacy, doctors, Carrefour Express), market garden (Ferme du Sach) 500 m away, Tuesday morning food market 10 minutes' walk away, "La Rivière" cinema, exhibitions, La Glacière (winner of the Loto du patrimoine March 2019), water sports (Centre Nautique de la Ria d'Etel), hiking, fishing, and in Belz: bike rental.
