The property is ideally located for exploring the Morbihan region: 20 minutes from Auray and its Port of Saint-Goustan, 30 minutes from Vannes and Lorient, towns of Art and History, and 30 km from beautiful sandy beaches.
This single-storey gîte, nestled at the southern end of the longère, comprises :
- A fully-equipped kitchen area,
- A living-dining room,
- One bedroom with double bed,
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and twin basins.
Sleeps 2 to 3 (two adults and one child).
Outdoor facilities include a heated swimming pool (May 1 to September 30) and a pétanque court.
For group rentals, the Bief and Moulin gîtes are available subject to availability.
