All this to share with you and teach you another way of living, a more natural, healthier way of getting back to basics. True human fulfilment encompasses a whole range of aspects, from the most physical to the most subtle. It's not uncommon to feel an unexplained emptiness, precisely because one aspect has been damaged.
We begin by relieving your physical pain and discomfort using neuromuscular methods. We will then work on managing your emotions using an energy-based method. Once you're back in shape, we can consider Ayurvedic or Tibetan massage to finish on a high note. A pragmatic yet subtle approach, to help you be in tune with yourself, in a caring way, and achieve your goals.
