Located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, a bright living room with a real 2-person wardrobe bed, a fully-equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster) and a washing machine. A first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), closet, chest of drawers, TV and a shower room, as well as a second shower room and WC, complete the layout for optimum comfort.
