The house features a separate entrance for guests, a first bedroom on the first floor with its own private terrace. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs, one of which enjoys the view. Upstairs is a lounge/dining room for breakfasts, and 2 large terraces for strolling and admiring the view of the Trinité sur mer channel.
The lower part of the park features an orchard.
Various small nooks and crannies have been laid out to make the most of the large, shady garden. Magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Breakfasts are served upstairs or on the terrace overlooking the inlet, and feature mainly home-made or local produce.
