Discover the foreshore while respecting it. Learn about sustainable fishing. ENJOY THE SMALL NATURAL TREASURES OF LOW TIDE. Anecdotes about animals and seaweed, life on the foreshore.

Learn how to fish sustainably and respectfully. Observe and marvel at this incredible biodiversity. A multitude of animals and algae, more or less visible, live on the foreshore. Understand how all these living beings, which existed long before us, can withstand all weathers. Do they have magical powers to live as well when the sea is there as when it's gone? What are their secrets? What do they eat? How do they reproduce? Can we eat them? What are the rules? Anecdotes about the lives and habits of some of them, and the sexuality of a seafood platter.

And seaweed? Live or dead, what are they good for? Is it dirty? Can we eat them? What are their virtues?
