Qi gong on the beach
A Taoist qi gong session facing the ocean to strengthen balance and harmony, and circulate and reinforce our vital energy. Gentle movements, stretching and opening of the fascias, breathing. On the program: fascia dance and pain-relieving qi gong. Accessible to beginners and advanced.
