As night falls, the Erdeven dunes reveal a unique atmosphere. The scents of coastal plants mingle with the sea air, while the golden light highlights the contours of the landscape. This walk will give you the chance to better understand how this remarkable ecosystem works and the connections between the dunes, the ocean, and biodiversity. Along the way, keep an eye out for some of the dunes’ iconic species, such as the Rock Bunting, the Skylark, and the Pipits. You’ll also learn about the role of the intertidal zone—true reservoirs of biodiversity that are often overlooked.
