This concert is the result of a collaboration between Paul Smith, one of the founders of Voces 8, an internationally renowned vocal octet, and the ensemble Melodiam meam, a choir from Morbihan founded by Manon Bévan, a former student of the Maîtrise de Sainte-Anne-d’Auray.
Centered around a British and American repertoire (original compositions by Paul Smith, works by Orlando Gibbons, Eric Whitacre, Caroline Show, and others), this concert showcases the pure sound of the voices. An emotional experience is guaranteed.
