The house is accessible via a dead-end road that leads to the tip of the Fort Espagnol peninsula. You’ll enjoy private access and a sunny, secluded 1,000 m² garden, with no neighbors in sight; the 5-car parking area is private and located within the garden.
Just 300 meters from the house, an oyster farmer offers his delicious oysters at a very reasonable price. He pulls them right out of the water right in front of you!
