Gaec Fournil de Kerbirio
We (Victor and Marie) are millers and bakers in Crac'h.
We grow our ancient wheat, rye and buckwheat organically. We also make flour with our stone mill on the farm, and we bake sourdough bread in our wood-fired oven.
We offer a range of breads, brioches and cookies.
You'll find our products :
- at the farm (Kerbirio bakery) on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm to 7pm
- at the local producers' market in Auray on Friday mornings at Place Notre Dame.
