AQTA Conference: Eat Well!
Eating local, seasonal and sustainable food is good for your health, your wallet and your region. Auray Quiberon Terre Atlantique invites its residents to a conference led by Anthony Berthou, university lecturer and nutritionist specializing in the systemic approach to food, on Tuesday December 16, 2025 at 6:30pm, at the Salle Émeraude in Locoal-Mendon.
A lecturer for over twenty years, he helps us better understand the impact of what we eat on our health and on the planet, while maintaining a sense of pleasure and conviviality.
At this event, he will share his views on the close links between food, health and well-being.
His pragmatic, caring approach will highlight the benefits of local, seasonal produce, the importance of dietary diversity and tips on how to cook simply, without spending too much time or money.
Over the course of the evening, several themes will be addressed:
-the nutritional virtues of fresh, local and seasonal produce ;
- preconceived ideas about cooking and how to overcome them;
- promoting local farmers and producers, key players in local food production;
practical tips on how to eat better every day, avoid waste and control your budget.
The aim is clear: to show that a balanced, tasty, local and sustainable diet can be within everyone's reach.
