Canning vegetables
Over the course of this morning, you'll learn about the basics of preserving, the utensils needed, potting, the health rules to be observed, and simple, tasty recipe ideas: spreads, pickles, stewed vegetables, coulis...
And something new this year: we'll make a recipe together that you can take home with you.
Practical info:
Dates: Saturday June 6, 9.30am to 12.30pm
The venue: these workshops will take place on our micro-farm Graines de Saint Germain (a diversified AB vegetable production farm) in Erdeven.
Places limited to 10 people
Price: 39€ for one session: you'll leave with a jar made together during the workshop.
