Peru - Of civilizations and men
A film by Bernard Bruel

Peru is synonymous with Spanish conquistadors and the hidden treasures of El Dorado!

Discover the mysterious lands and peoples of this mythical country: the Pacific coast, home to the first civilizations and a source of delicious raw fish dishes for Peruvians, the Andes mountain range and its colourful poncho-decked Indian populations, the Amazon valleys, where fair-trade coffee and chocolate are harvested, Machu Picchu and the many sites of Cuzco's Sacred Valley, with its Inca stone buildings; the high peaks of the Cordillera Blanca, a trekker's delight and home to soft-wool alpaca breeders; and last but not least, the famous Lake Titicaca and its terraced farming at 4,000 m altitude.

Room capacity: 100 seats. Reservations recommended by e-mail up to and including January 13, specifying the chosen session.

Tickets available in the Terraqué hall from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., then from 2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. for the first screening, and from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for the second screening.
