Conference walk: Discovering the veteran trees of the bocage
Guided by experts in the management and interest of these "veteran" trees, this short stroll will introduce you to several emblematic trees of the bocage: Oaks, Chestnuts, Cormiers and especially Venerable Pear Trees.
Complemented by a presentation on the initiative to safeguard the region's local and ancient fruit varieties, the public can find out more about the many benefits of these trees and how best to preserve them.
