I offer parent-child "sophro-creative" workshops to reconnect with oneself and with living things, in partnership with a sophrologist.
A group of up to 6 children (aged between 5 and 12) and 12 adults experience moments of sharing at the beginning and end of the workshop, and a moment for themselves where the child discovers nature through a creative and educational workshop, while the parent discovers sophrology techniques while strolling through nature.
