For the first time this year, we're offering an evening of discovery of vegetarian cuisine - simple, delicious and economical. As organic market gardeners, we know just how much pleasure, health and budget can go hand in hand with eating well.

-Learn how to cook seasonal vegetables, cereals and legumes without breaking the bank.
-Discover tips for balancing your plate and reducing waste.
-Spend a convivial moment cooking and dining together, in a warm atmosphere.

-6:30pm-8pm: Group discussions and meal preparation.
-20h-21h: Tasting and collective washing-up.
