Locmariaquer's Reg'Art collective invites you to an unusual banquet: artworks on and around a table.
A moment of sharing and good living together that accompanies an event, the banquet is a festive tradition marked by the richness of the table, the abundance of food, the diversity of dishes, conviviality, the beauty of the place and the richness of the furniture. In fact, some of the participants worked on the creation of an original chair from a unique support.
Painting, sculpture, mosaic, collage, marquetry, modeling, ceramics, engraving - 17 artists and craftspeople will be offering visitors original, unusual and sometimes bizarre works. Their offbeat looks suggest escaping the order of things, stepping out of the banal, to surprise and astonish.
A moment of festivity and exchange, this exhibition will be an opportunity for visitors to discover that the banquet is not only the art of the table, but also a place of original expression.
