Japanese cooking workshop: dashi and tsukudani
Come and learn how to cook Japanese-style: dashi, a seaweed broth that's a staple of Japanese cuisine; and tsukudani, a kombu seaweed confit, an excellent sweet and savory condiment that can be used in a thousand ways!
