Camille Nocus is passionate about cooking, and Asian flavors have always held a special place in her heart. It was while living in South Korea for over a year and a half that she discovered its delicious cuisine. Since then, she has been exploring the different recipes of this country with its distinctive and addictive flavors. "bibim" refers to the act of "mixing different ingredients together". It is combined with the word "bap", meaning cooked rice. This is THE most internationally famous Korean dish. It consists of rice mixed with an assortment of seasoned seasonal vegetables and animal or vegetable proteins. A spicy sauce and/or roasted sesame oil is added. In this workshop, you'll explore the basics of Korean cuisine and cook your own bibimbap, which you can eat directly at the end of the workshop or take home with you. For the workshop, you'll need to bring an apron and a minimum 500/600ml Tupperware to take the bibimbap home, in addition to the recipes given.
