Make sweet and savory crêpes and prepare salted butter caramel
Become a crêpe maker for the duration of this workshop! Make a sweet wheat crêpe batter and a savory buckwheat crêpe batter. You’ll then learn how to flip your crêpes on a billig and make authentic salted butter caramel. Each participant will take home their creations. Please bring a jam jar to take the caramel home in.
