Come and take a break to welcome calm and tranquillity.
Let yourself be lulled by Sophie's voice, which accompanies you throughout the session.
A time of practice with breathing exercises, simple movements to relax the body, followed by a relaxation break.
Exercises can be performed seated or standing, depending on individual comfort.
Session led by Sophie COLOMBO, sophrologist in Quiberon.
Open to all - Adults
Soft, comfortable clothing recommended, as well as floor mats and a blanket for relaxation time. Mats will be available if needed.
