Sound journey, energy of the fire horse
Come and discover the relaxing power of sound with Amélie Mounier, sound therapist, on a sonic journey through the energy of the Fire Horse, symbol of movement, freedom and renewal. Sonotherapy is a wellness therapy that uses sound and the vibrations of instruments to soothe body and mind. Lying down, eyes closed, you'll be guided by her voice and the sound of the instruments for a stopover of deep relaxation. Please come dressed comfortably, with a mat, plaid, head cushion and eye patch.
