Spring rolls Vietnamese cooking workshop
Spring rolls are a staple of Vietnamese cuisine! Maryse d'Alré Bio will teach you how to roll the rice sheets and assemble your own spring rolls. A shrimp version and a veggie version will be available. To round off this convivial experience, Maryse will be on hand to serve you chai tea and your own preparations. You can also bring your own containers.
