With Viviane, local AVF correspondent (Association végétarienne de France), you'll make a low GI eggplant gratin, carrot jelly with orange, cherries au jus with vegetable chantilly, and polenta/lemon cookies. To round off the afternoon, enjoy a homemade bissap, a refreshing African drink made from hibiscus flowers.
