Vegetarian cooking workshop: buckwheat and chestnuts
Viviane, local AVF (Alliance Végétarienne de France) correspondent, invites you to make buckwheat cabbage rolls and discover how to enjoy spinach in a fun way with buckwheat flour pancakes! You'll also learn how to make sprouted buckwheat. Finally, you'll make chestnut flour pancakes and enjoy them with sugar-free chestnut cream. To round off this convivial workshop, Viviane will prepare a homemade cider that's easy to make again at home! Bring your own empty containers.
