Vénètes Noz" maritime festival

On Friday May 15 and Saturday May 16, 2026, Locmariaquer will live to the rhythm of the Vénètes-Noz, a musical rendezvous in the Breton festive tradition that is sure to draw a large audience to the coast.

Driven by a desire to promote local culture, the two-day event will feature an eclectic line-up of musical groups, sea shanties, choirs and brass bands. The line-up includes Korriganed and Spontaillou, whose performances are rooted in the traditional and festive world.

In addition to the concerts, the organizers are aiming for a convivial atmosphere accessible to all. Families, locals and visitors alike will be able to share a moment of music: bagad, choirs, Swing, Fest-Noz, Celtic Rock, in a setting typical of the Gulf of Morbihan, with the presence of several traditional boats. A refreshment stall and food court will be available on site throughout the weekend.

With the Vénètes-Noz, Locmariaquer confirms its cultural dynamism in the run-up to the summer season, offering a unifying event that combines heritage, local entertainment and tourist appeal.
