Carabreizh® is renowned for its expertise in making salted butter caramel, an emblematic speciality of the region.
Carabreizh® was born out of a delicious and innovative desire: to replace the prune cream in our Breton cake with... salted butter caramel cream! We developed a recipe with a unique smooth and creamy texture, then decided to market it in jars. Crème Caramel Carabreizh® with salted butter was launched and met with tremendous success. Building on this success, we then decided to expand our ranges with the launch of Carabreizh® Caramels with salted butter, Carabreizh® Les Loustiks, our no-colouring fruity Breton sweets, and Carabreizh® l'Original Caramels with salted butter. The latter were such a success that we decided to satisfy the taste buds of even the most demanding gourmets by creating Caramels Carabreizh® l'Original au chocolat. Today, as specialists in salted butter caramels and as faithful as ever to our original know-how and our region, we offer tasty ranges of creams, fillings, coulis, toppings, salted butter caramels and Breton confectionery...
In Landévant, you'll find our factory outlet filled with delicacies and gift ideas, and you can embark on a gourmet and entertaining adventure at La Cité du Caramel Carabreizh®!
No ordinary factory tour, but a stroll through our colourful, quirky world to discover the authenticity of our craftsmanship. A crazy machine explains how our delicious salted butter caramels are made. The village of flavours will delight gourmets, while the world of sweets promises a fruity and fun journey that will charm the whole family! The little ones will be delighted to be given a surprise mission.
This experience lasts around 30 minutes and is suitable for all ages, from 0 to 99.
La Cité du Caramel Carabreizh® is much more than just a visit, it's a gourmet plunge into a fun and unique world.

Accessible by TER in 5 minutes on foot.
2 motorhome pitches, electric vehicle charging points, bike shelter, motorbike parking, 1 coach pitch.
Open all year round, Monday to Friday: 9am-7pm and Saturday: 10am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-7pm.
